Meineke Car Care Center

First time at Meineke. I don't believe i will be back at least to that location. I made an appointment. Saw the reason I was going to wait an hour. Everyone was at lunch. Maybe don't offer appointments when you are going to eat. Once my car was released. I received no report on my breaks, air filter, nothing on the car. Just that was at the front ready. Only grace was the coupons were available and did save some cash. Normally pay 186 this was 76. They could not make change so 80 flat. Seriously not sure it was worth it. I will still need my breaks looked at to make sure they get taken care of before they start squealing. I am disappointed. Was in a very nice area too.

Colby was great to work with. He was honest, easy to talk to, and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your car, but Colby made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and treating customers fairly. I’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re taking your vehicle to Meineke.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop absolutely deserves one. I’ve been here multiple times while dealing with my rental, so I’ve gotten pretty familiar with the team and every experience has been solid. This last visit really stood out though. I was having ongoing issues with my AC/heat. It was honestly frustrating, especially being on the road so much. Alex took the time to actually listen, check everything thoroughly, and figure out what was going on instead of brushing it off or making it complicated. Turns out it was something simple, but what really mattered was how he handled it. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road comfortably. That kind of service is rare. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and actually values the people he helps, not just the job itself. As long as I’m in Texas, this is 100% the shop I’m coming back to for anything car-related. If you want honest, reliable service from people who actually care, this is the place. Shoutout to Alex — seriously appreciate you!!❤️

I've been here about a year. I need a shop to bring my cars. Found Meineke on Stonebridge, stopped by, and asked a few questions, and the men inside were very helpful and friendly. Decided to bring back my cars, and the service has always been on point. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

TLDR: Alex and his team are a great example of great customer service meets skills. I took my Range Rover sports in for an air to coil suspension conversion—and they came through big time! Take it from someone who nitpicks - these guys will take care of you and your car. When other places I had called gave me quotes but seemed unsure and unreliable to me, this shop took my car in, matched the quote I got from the other shop and had my car ready the next business day. Keep in mind that this review is being done weeks after the repair. Believe me when I say they did a fantastic job. My situation was unique and Alex went above and beyond to get me closer to what I wanted even after the suspension conversion was done. If you are familiar or done one of these, you would know that this is a job that needs to be done carefully, especially since the front struts are long and need to be compressed and angled properly at installation. They got it all right! You can see the clearance from the photos just as the manufacturer advertised. Several shops do not get this right. This shop takes great pride in their work. They enjoy what they do and they love challenges. I had a chance to speak to
